This page says everything the site collects, and why. Nothing is loaded from an advertising or analytics provider before you choose to accept it.
What is collected, and when
While you browse: nothing, unless you accept measurement (see below). No cookie is set before that choice.
When you submit a form:
- Contact form (/connect): name, email, chosen topic, your message.
- Investor access form (/investor-access): name, email, phone number, and the capital range you select.
- Project pages (/invest/…): the same investor details, the project you are interested in, and the time you ticked the consent box.
The forms also record first-touch attribution: the page you landed on, the referring site, and any campaign tags (utm parameters) present in the link you clicked. This is stored temporarily in your browser’s session storage (it disappears when you close the tab) and is sent only together with a form you choose to submit. It describes how you arrived — never who you are.
Analytics and advertising — on by default, one click to refuse
The site uses three measurement services, active by default when configured:
- Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd) — page views, traffic sources, and whether a form was sent. Sets
_gacookies (up to 2 years). - Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd) — records that you visited a page or sent a form, so that Meta can measure the ads that brought you here and show them to similar audiences. Sets the
_fbpcookie (3 months). - Google Ads (Google Ireland Ltd) — measures conversions from Google and YouTube ads and allows remarketing. Uses Google’s advertising cookies.
You can turn them off at any time with the Cookies link in the footer — choose “Turn off” and none of these scripts loads on your next visits (Google’s consent mode is set to denied immediately). The site works fully without them. Your choice is kept in your browser (mrl_consent, local storage) and can be changed the same way. These providers process data on servers outside Morocco.
Video, WhatsApp, fonts
- Video: project pages show a video preview. The player (YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode, or Vimeo with “do not track”) is loaded only when you press play; from that moment the provider’s own policy applies.
- WhatsApp: the “Continue on WhatsApp” links open WhatsApp on your device with a prefilled message. The site sends nothing to WhatsApp itself.
- Fonts: the site’s typefaces are served by Google Fonts; your browser requests them from Google’s servers on every page (your IP address is transmitted; no cookie is set).
Where it goes
Form submissions are delivered to, and stored with, the following processors acting for the publisher: Brevo (contact management and email), a Google Sheet operated by the team (record of submissions), and the team’s email inbox. Investor submissions determine which follow-up you receive (informational list, personal review, or a meeting invitation). Your details are never sold and never shared beyond these processors and — with your consent — the measurement providers above.
Retention and your rights
Data is kept only as long as needed for the follow-up you requested, and is deleted on request. Under Morocco’s data-protection law (Law 09-08) you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, object to its use for prospecting, and withdraw your consent at any time: use the contact form and pick any topic — every message is read personally. The processing is declared to the National Commission for the Control of Personal Data Protection (CNDP); the receipt number is shown under the investor form once issued.
Hosting
The site is served by Vercel Inc.; standard technical server logs (such as IP addresses) may be processed by the host for security and operation of the service.
